First off, let us apologize for the long overdue letter of recommendation.

It is with great pleasure that we write to recommend the services of Connie Umbarger and Tony Flores! Although we were initially in contact with Connie, it was such an added surprise and blessing to have Tony as part of the team. After our dealings with previous realtors, Connie and Tony really made the entire process smooth and painless. They were excellent listeners, who worked within our set parameters and helped us without any pressure to speed up our search or settle for something that wasn't right for us. They took us out for a quick exploration of our likes and dislikes, and within days had a comprehensive list of possible properties that had everything we hoped for. The relationship felt less like a business partnership, and more like a mentorship, with two confident, experienced people helping out the "newbies", as we were first-time buyers. Even when things with the lender hit an unforeseen speed bump, they were quick to get in contact with the mortgage company on our behalf, and had backup plans ready before we knew it.

Connie and Tony were approachable, attentive, and patient, and weren't over-burdened with more clients than they could reasonably handle, so we never felt like we were waiting in line for assistance. We were comfortable with their knowledge and experience, and their low-key approach. Add all these wonderful attributes with their easy-to-talk-to personalities and great senses of humor, and we found the process to be completely opposite from all the "horror stories" you so often hear of. It was an effective partnership, and it took us less than four weeks to find our dream home. We happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We can honestly say that we cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else, and only wish we would have started working with them much sooner. Anyone on the market for a new home who doesn't use Tony and Connie are truly missing out on two real pros. Connie and Tony are nothing short of �the best'!
